At practice we practice:
- Dribbling w/1 hand and catching at the end.
- Wall pass ( it's like it helps you to catch the ball)
- Javelin with orange tip on the end ( it helps you run or walk 2 steps and throw then release with the grunt.)
- Running and or walking about 15 minutes w/ Jamie or someone else also you want to.
