Basketball Practice Join In

Practice is better to get a workout and be active so you can bring in some drinks.

At practice we practice:

  • Dribbling w/1 hand and catching at the end.
  • Wall pass ( it's like it helps you to catch the ball)
  • Javelin with orange tip on the end ( it helps you run or walk 2 steps and throw then release with the grunt.)
  • Running and or walking about 15 minutes w/ Jamie or someone else also you want to.
People are new and joining in Special Olympics.
