Spring break trip to go out somewhere

I have one day left for school to do my spring break. On Friday I am going to go to Colorado to visit my uncle to see my doggies if Moxie my dog can become friends with my dogs at my uncle's.

I am going with my mom and my grandma  with my dog Moxie with me.

My mom just got a cute idea: we got a dog wire crate we got in Farm and Fleet it is so  much cheaper than Pet-smart  for her for the trip to go to Colorado.

I just can not wait to go to see all the beautiful mountains and post cards and also have ice cream sundaes. I want to buy T-shirts or sweatshirts. I feel happy to go to take pictures in Colorado with my cuddle, my co-pilot Moxie.

 

Regional Basketball Skills Tournament

The Regional Basketball Skills Tournament is on Saturday,  March 9 at Lake Geneva High School. The opening ceremony startsat 9:00 inside. It's for level 1 athletes start right after the opening ceremony,and for level 2 athletes, it's going to start at 1:00.

You guys are going to feel nervous for the ceremony because it is going  to be your favorite thing to do with basketball. I feel excited but nervous because it is a big game for us to get 1st, 2nd or 3rd award at the podium. They will announce your name and what place you got.

In Biology class, we did a lab about bacteria...

We learned about bacteria. We learned about what could happen to you, if you don't wash your hands before you make or eat your food.

it has good balance for perucssion i do want the perucssion todo more bending and keep it up the bending
and the part to do it in yourself with drums.

Track and Field Results for Scores

In Special Olympics,we get points for each basket or event you do great in like Track and Field.

In basketball,you get points for each basket (back and front) you make in the net.

State Competition for Track and Field

State competition is a big one for you.

The Track and Field meet is something to compete in at U.W. Stevens Point.

We practice Track and Field outside to get ready for the state meet.

The Area Track meet is at Oregon, and the state track meet is on June 6-8 at U.W. Stevens Point.

We should come to win and compete at Stevens Point to win or lose, but you stand up at the podium if you win the gold medal. It is not a big deal, just do your best people.

Basketball Practice Join In

Practice is better to get a workout and be active so you can bring in some drinks.

At practice we practice:

• Dribbling w/1 hand and catching at the end.
• Wall pass ( it's like it helps you to catch the ball)
• Javelin with orange tip on the end ( it helps you run or walk 2 steps and throw then release with the grunt.)
• Running and or walking about 15 minutes w/ Jamie or someone else also you want to.

People are new and joining in Special Olympics.

Practice Locations

We will have Basketball and Track and Field practice. It is on Tuesdays at Westside Elementary School in Sun Prairie.

The time is 6 to 7 pm for Basketball. Track and Field we will be at to about 7- to 7:45. The gym is at the back of the school.

The dates of practices are:
February 5, 12, 19, and 26
March 5, 12, 19
April 2

When the basketball season is done, track practice will still be going on from 6 to 7 pm.

The dates of track practice only are:
April 9, 16, 23, 30
May 7, 14, 21
